Our family has had three new homes built in the past seven years. We can honestly say that our latest building experience, with College City Homes, has been our best yet.

Jon Sinnen's extraordinary service began the moment we stepped inside one of College City's model homes. We immediately felt welcome in the model - not because of its wonderful floorplan and decor, but because Jon really listened to us and focused on our needs and expectations.

Without pressure, Jon worked with us to identify and design a home that would uniquely fit our family's lifestyle and budget. And, he went out of his way to help us make minor repairs to our exisiting home before we put it on the market.

During construction, Jon - and his College City colleagues, Lynn Becker and Steve McDonald, to name just a few - were open to our ideas, and responded quickly and professionally to our requests for design changes and information. They took good care of us which took the stress out of the building process.

We closed on our new home on time and with no surprises. The entire College City Homes team was outstanding.
